The South Bay will be showing off their talent this weekend. After a competitive audition process last month, 20 selected dancers, singers and musicians will be performing at this year’s annual South Bay’s Got Talent. The event also features a special performance from last year’s winner, Ryan Chun. We’ll be sure to bring you all the highlights next week. Buy Tickets…

And the City is also looking for flag football coaches. Registration reopened last week, and is open to kindergarten through eighth graders. Leagues are scheduled to being playing Oct. 3, and games are held on Saturdays. Teams are broken down into a maximum of 16 players. Practices are held depending on your availability at a local park. Practices should be held twice a week for at least one hour. The season will run for eight to 10 weeks, with eight games. You can register to be a volunteer coach online through the City’s Community Services Department or by registering at the Human Resources Department at 3231 Torrance Blvd. For more information call (310) 781-7517.
