Temperatures have been warming up across Southern California.

There was a high of 64 degrees today in Torrance, with a low of 56. Tomorrow the high will continue at 64, with the low dropping to 53.

You may want to take a moment to soak up some warmer weather on Thursday, as the high is expected to get up to 70 degrees, with a low of 54.

And while temperatures are up, so is the surf in Los Angeles County, prompting officials to continue a surf advisory.

The National Weather Service says surf of between 6 and 10 feet was expected through this evening. The statement included that large surf may cause minor beach erosion and strong rip currents that can increase the risk of drowning.
