McDonald’s is taking a different approach to this lover’s holiday and spreading the love through words.

From now through Feb. 14, McDonald’s stores in the United States will be swapping out toys for books in its Happy Meals. Four children’s books have been specially printed to fit in the small Happy Meal Boxes.

The books are all Valentine’s Day themed and will help the company’s continuous goal to combat illiteracy and increase graduation rates. They hope to distribute more than 50 million books to children by the end of the year.

This is the third time McDonald’s will be switching out toys for books.
