Shoppers may soon be paying more to get those special perks at Costco.

Analysts say that Costco is likely to increase its membership fee in 2017. So shoppers who are looking to renew their memberships may have to pay $5 to $10 dollars more. The price hike is in line with Costco’s past membership increases, which have happened every five to six years.

While Costco officials have not confirmed this, business analysts are predicting it to be true.

This June, there will be some other changes, as well. Costco will end its partnership with American Express, which has prevented customers from using other credit cards in the store. The chain will partner with Citigroup to offer Costco Visa cards.

The Costco in Torrance is expected to open at their new location by the first week of June.
