A popular coffee chain is taking their drinks in a new, cool direction.

Coffee will be on tap this summer at more than 500 Starbucks stores. The Seattle-based company said today that it will start using a nitrogen-infused version of its cold brew coffee. It’s usually served on tap like beer, and has a creamier, richer taste than regular cold brew coffee.

Starbucks plans to capitalize on iced coffee drinks, since consumption of this type of drink has grown by 75 percent in the past decade. The company expects to double cold coffee sales in the next three years.
