We’ve been bringing you the latest on the amazing journey of Jespa Awomah, and we have some more good news.

Today, the 17 year old burn victim underwent another surgery on his hand and nose. Torrance Memorial Medical Center officials say this may be his last surgery. Jespa traveled from Cameroon, Africa in October 2015. Thanks to the Children’s Burn Foundation and the Torrance Memorial Medical Center, he’s been able to undergo numerous surgeries for the severe burn wounds suffered during a fire accident when he was an infant. Recently, Jespa has been keeping busy. He just came back from camp, he’s been playing basketball and even learned how to ride a bike! The Children’s Burn Foundation is looking to raise funds to continue supporting Jespa’s surgeries. Contribute to the Children’s Burn Foundation…
