If you’re driving down the Boulevard, it’s hard to miss the heavy construction at the Del Amo Fashion Center.

Two major improvements are taking place. First, the new Brio Tuscan Grille has started work on the exterior finish and yellow insulation panels. And not too far from there, the exterior of the future home for Dick’s Sporting Goods has started taking shape and scaffolding is in place. This is happening at the former Macy’s home store.

And more food options are on the way with Lemonade and Open Sesame set to open at the end of this month. Brio, Luna Grill and Din Tai Fung plan to open next month.

Plus, Bibigo Fresh Korean Kitchen is coming soon to the mall’s Patio Cafes. It offers a modern twist on the class Korean dish, bibimbap, which is traditionally served on rice. Bibigo builds each order to the customer’s taste from a variety of grill options to vegetarian. The chain has four locations in Southern California. Torrance will be one of their newest locations. They are set to open at the beginning of December.
