Public Works Crews continue work on the Crenshaw Rehabilitation project.

The project will improve Crenshaw Boulevard from Sepulveda Boulevard to Skypark Drive and from Pacific Coast Highway to the south City limits.

Today, the work includes curb, gutter, sidewalk, cross gutters and curb ramp improvements from 233rd street to Skypark Drive and from PCH to Rolling Hills Road. The curb lane in the northbound direction on Crenshaw Boulevard will be closed to perform the work. A minimum of two lanes of traffic will be maintained at all times through the work area. It’s recommended to take alternate routes and avoid area if possible.

The long-term project will also focus on ADA curb ramps, pavement rehabilitation, traffic signal improvements and median landscaping south of PCH.

A holiday moratorium will be observed from Nov. 18, 2016 to Jan. 9, 2016, when there will be no lane closures.
