An annual holiday tradition is back for another season at the Del Amo Fashion Center.
The Salvation Army has put up its Angel Tree inside the fashion center near Burlington Coat Factory and JCPenney. The tree helps provide gifts for more than 650 families in need this Christmas.
All you need to do is stop by the area between 1 and 7 p.m. Monday through Saturday. You will take a tag or two from this tree, which will have a gift wish from a child. Then you would shop and get the gift or something similar and return the unwrapped gift to a volunteer. The Angel Tree program is one Salvation Army’s most recognizable efforts to help people during the holiday season.
Del Amo’s Angel Tree will be set up through Saturday, Dec. 17.
