The rain has come and gone, at least for now. But the aftermath is still being seen here in Torrance.

Just last week, Public Works crews filled nearly 1,860 square feet of potholes near major intersections across the City. Today, crews canvassed the same areas to make sure they didn’t miss any potholes.

The goal of the Public Works Department is to fix all potholes reported as soon as possible. They do give priority to potholes on major streets that affect the most drives. Then the rest are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

If there are any potholes in your neighborhood that you would like to report, call the Public Works Department at (310) 781-6900 or email them at PublicWorkInfo@TorranceCA.Gov.
