This includes possession, storage, offering for sale, exposing for sale, selling at retail, giving, and furnishing, using or exploding any fireworks in city boundaries. Torrance Police will be conducting a special enforcement operation looking for anyone violating the fireworks ordinance.

A first-time offense is a minimum $100 fine and increases with each additional violation.
