Here’s how to protect yourself from these strong sun rays:

  • Seek shade as much as possible
  • Wear hats, sunglasses long-sleeved shirts and long pants
  • Don’t forget your sunscreen with at least an SPF 15. Add more if you’re in the sun for more than 2 hours.
