A large state of the art office building in Torrance is off the market.

The Pacific Center located on Hawthorne Boulevard has been sold to Related Fund Management. Currently, the building is home to Bank of America, Morgan Stanley, ANA, Wells Fargo and Barrister Executive Suites. There has not been any information on whether new tenants will be moving in. But officials say the building is 306,765 sq ft.

Related Fund Management is a subsidiary of Related Companies, which is one of the most prominent privately owned real estate firms in the United States. The center has eight stories and is already 91 percent leased to tenants.
