City contractor is installing traffic signal upgrades at Anza Avenue and Lomita Boulevard.

Traffic lanes were shut down as crews work to convert the traffic signals to a left turn with a flashing yellow arrow.

Traffic was impacted and commuters should anticipate much of the same through tomorrow.

Tomorrow, the traffic signals will be turned off and temporary stop signs will be in place to control the intersection from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. until flashing yellow lights are activated.
