A local high school had a special guest today on campus.

Lunchtime was more than ordinary today as 97.1 AMP radio stopped by with its radio street team and young survivor coalition at Bishop Montgomery High School. There was music, giveaways, stories shared and much more.

The stop was in honor of breast cancer awareness month and the coalition is the premier organization dedicated to the critical issues unique to young women who are diagnosed with breast cancer. It offers resources, connections, and outreach so women feel supported and hopeful.
