Are you looking to shed some weight? There’s a new program at the Torrance South Bay YMCA that you can sign up for that can help you.
The Torrance South Bay YMCA kicked off its new weight loss program. Participants will meet every Tuesday in small groups to adopt healthy habits and to learn how to reduce their chances of illnesses due to weight. You’ll be trained by a lifestyle coach. The program takes place over 6 months. Registration is still open.
