Torrance Police Motor Officers and an Honor Guard were in attendance at Sergeant Steve Licon’s Memorial Service today in Riverside. Licon was killed by a suspected drunk driver as he was on the right shoulder of a freeway after pulling over another car. Dozens of motor officers were part of the procession that brought Licon’s casket to Harvest Christian Fellowship Church. He was a 28-year CHP veteran.

There is a memorial fund set up for his family at CAHPCU.org.
